The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features 2 fridge/freezers and 2 dishwashers. There is a large indoor dining table for group meals and a poolside dining set-up for 6. All bedrooms feature 55" Smart TVs, fresh linens, and fluffy towels. Pool heating and hot tub heating are available for $35 per night each, or a pool and hot tub combo can be added for $60 per night with a 2-night minimum. A BBQ propane tank can be delivered for $70, and a pack 'N Play crib and highchair are available for rent at $40 each. Located at the secure, gated BellaVida Resort, this home is just minutes from Disney and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping. It is approximately 15 miles to Walt Disney World, 15 miles to Universal Studios Florida, 16 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO), and 2 miles to nearby dining, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Renting a car is recommended for getting around Orlando, but alternative options include public transportation, taxis, and Uber. Resort amenities include a heated resort pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a clubhouse lounge, a fitness center, sand volleyball, a basketball court, nature trails, a kids’ playground, and a Cyber Cafe. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in this home.
