Despite our close proximity to the airport, we are not under the flight path and don't get airplane noise. Removed from the big city craziness, but a close drive to everything Atlanta! Tenant pays utilities and maintains yard. The City of East Point does monitor neighborhoods and will fine you if grass gets too tall. Requirements (we thoroughly verify this information): 1. 3x rent/month gross income verifiable with pay stubs 2. No evictions 3. Credit score of 650 or higher 4. No unpaid utility collections or bankruptcies on credit report 5. Must have been in current job for at least 6 months and be able to produce most recent verifiable paystubs 6.
