Enjoy the backyard oasis with a refreshing pool surrounded by palm trees and immaculate landscaping. Pets are welcome. A pool fence is available in the garage for added security for kids and/or pets. Conveniently located minutes away from the beach, this house provides easy access to white sand and turquoise waters. Downtown, 5th Ave, The Pier, Vanderbilt Beach, and Mercato are a short drive away, offering some of the best beaches, restaurants, and shopping in Naples. Walkable or less than a 2-minute drive away, you'll find Spanky’s, Whiskey Park, Dylan’s Drafthouse, Turco Taco, Sandy’s Cuban Café, Fabio’s Pizza, Race Trac, Airport Donuts, and Starbucks. Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am, unless expressly agreed otherwise before arrival. If staying during trash pickup days, place the bins by the street for pickup the night before: Thursday for both recycling and regular bins (bin out on Wednesday night), and Monday for the regular trash bin only (bin out on Sunday night). Close umbrellas when not in use. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it to the storage space after use. Turn off all lights when you are not in the house. The A/C temperature can be set as low as 72 degrees. To avoid the units from freezing, keep all sliders and windows closed while running the A/C. Leave all ceiling fans running at all times if possible. Remember to clean the dryer lint vent after use. Load and run the dishwasher upon check out.
