There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, for 10 people with wristbands provided by the resort. This fee applies whether amenities are used or not. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and just minutes from Orlando's excitement, this community is perfect for guests looking for a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. The property is not baby-proofed, and we welcome children of all ages. Please be aware of occasional construction in the resort, which does not impact the clubhouse amenities. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and damages should be reported immediately.
