We are only able to hold the home for up to 2 weeks from the date the application is received. • Move-in Payments: The security deposit, first month’s rent, and all fees are required to be paid in our office via bank certified checks or money orders only. • Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities, landscaping, and seasonal pool costs (if available). QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Credit Score: Minimum 610 for each applicant. Verified through Experian. • Applicants must have no unpaid rent or utility bills. • Rental History: Good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent or fees.
