DART Bus Route 24 stops a short walk from the property, linking directly to Downtown and the Cityplace/Uptown light-rail station. The Cityplace/Uptown DART Rail Station is about a 7-minute drive for direct service to Downtown, the Arts District, and DFW Airport. Abundant rideshare options and nearby bike lanes make getting around easy without a car. Whole Foods, Starbucks, and neighborhood restaurants are all within walking distance, while scenic White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum are a quick bike ride away. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events are permitted beyond the registered guest list. Firearms are strictly prohibited on the property.
