Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for providing propane for the grill. Pool heat must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and is an additional $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise.
