Feel at home in this luxury waterfront apartment, the Aura, located on the second floor of the Coral Resort and just a 2-minute walk to Clearwater Beach. This designer 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the crystal intracoastal water and the heated pool. This beautifully designed apartment features high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and stainless steel appliances. The Michelin-quality kitchen includes a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, island seating for 2, floating shelves for storage, a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Enjoy the walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there are two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa. Plenty of luxury towels and linens are provided. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass that is visible on the dashboard of your vehicle. Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques all within a very short walk. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The balcony is a standing-room only balcony and shared with your neighbor. Please practice regular precaution when on the balcony and do not throw anything over the side. The pool is managed by the resort, not us. Therefore any issues with the pool should be shared with us but also the resort. Please make sure to follow the resorts rules for the pool. [SI]
