Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks is prohibited, and fees will apply. Unlawful use of the home, including illegal activities or substances, is prohibited.
