Guests have full access to the resort's heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Additional resort amenities include a movie theater, playgrounds, sports courts, a fully equipped fitness center, and a sauna. Internet café and meeting rooms are also available. Rent a pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee) or a highchair for $29 (one-time fee). Enjoy the best of Orlando with the Orange County Convention Center just a 5-minute walk away. These access cards can be picked up at the clubhouse between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No mailbox is available, and USPS does not deliver directly to the home, but FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. do. Amazon orders must arrive after check-in, as we cannot receive or store packages. Guests may also use nearby Amazon lockers. All deliveries and groceries are at the guest’s own risk and must be scheduled during the stay only. There are two parking spaces for electric cars with EV charger available near the office for guests. The water dispenser on the fridge is currently not working. This condo offers a dedicated home office space with high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk area, perfect for remote work. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
