Parking is available via a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage, located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A small loading/unloading spot is available for luggage drop-off and parking pass pick-up. The City of St. Augustine also offers numerous paid parking spots in the surrounding area. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee, provided the dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, fully potty trained, and at least 1 year old. Additional charges apply if dog feces are not properly disposed of. Step outside your front door and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Amazing shops, restaurants, and bars are just steps away in every direction, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer on foot. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch.
