Conveniently located just 1 block from St. George Street, you'll have easy access to top downtown restaurants, bars, and activities. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Events are not allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount; failure to do so may result in an additional fee. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
