A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. Max 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are permitted. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally located close to different attractions, it's just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
