To book your pass and receive the amenity key card, you can go directly to the concierge. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. It's just 2 minutes away from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, placing you right in the heart of the magic. It is 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Check-out time is 10 am. Staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We allow up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) with a pet fee of $150.
