Beyond the back gate, discover a variety of restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks. The resort is secured by a 24-hour security guard. Check-out time is 10 AM, and a late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, two detergent pods, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided as a starter kit and are not refilled during your stay; coffee is not provided. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise during this time is prohibited. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property; violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. A maximum of eight guests are allowed at any given time. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
