Unassigned parking is available in the parking lot. Luggage carts are available in the lobby for check-in and check-out. Okaloosa Island is a lovely beach community in the Florida Panhandle, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. It's known for beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. The nearest public beach access is steps away. The neighborhood offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. The property has a strict policy on noise levels, so please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in time is 4 pm or after, and check-out time is 11 am. Guests who do not check out by the specified time will be fined $50. Early check-in is available for a $50 fee and late check-out for a $25 fee per extended hour, both requiring prior confirmation. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. To stop hot air from blowing, turn the system off and open the balcony door. A starter kit of basic supplies is provided, and guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay. Bed linens are not provided for couch or sofa beds; extra linens can be delivered for an additional $25 per set. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can, and damage to the garbage disposal by guest will result in a plumber's fee. Guests are not to re-key or change door locks. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Tropical bugs like mosquitoes and palmetto bugs may be encountered. The property is not child-proofed, and it is the parents' responsibility to child-proof anything that may cause harm to their child. Guests agree to pay for any damage made by themselves or their visitors. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests are to keep the property in the same condition throughout their stay. Guests must report hazardous items to avoid an accident. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are to be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required above the standard cleaning. This house is professionally managed by a third party for identity verification and criminal database checks.
