No pets are allowed. There is to be no professional photography. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, including porches, backyard, and terraces, and a fee of $300 will be charged for each room that has smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. If a party takes place, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and if the cleaning team determines that additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged.
