The Sparrows Point Golf Course, Country Club, and marina are just minutes away. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Parking is limited to the gravel parking area on the property. No pets are allowed, and violating this policy will result in a $1000 fee for thorough cleaning and decontamination due to the owner's severe allergies. No parties or events are allowed, and violating this policy will result in a $500 fee for full cleaning and repair of the property. The home should be locked whenever all guests leave the property.
