If you have a large vehicle, ensure that your vehicle will fit the dimension restrictions. This property is in a building with a beautiful rooftop garden that has 360-degree views. Check-in is from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally, early check-in requests may be accommodated but are not guaranteed. Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out, guests are kindly asked to put the towels in the washer, put the dishes in the dishwasher, remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator, and dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are non-smoking. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies, or even within 7 meters (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed. This suite has a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit in the living room, as well as a unit in each bedroom, to help with high temperature days. There is a bike rack at the back of the parking stall that can hold 2 bikes. Bring your own cable and lock. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. There is no Wi-Fi in the common areas of buildings. Minimum of 30 nights required. In dealing with this situation, there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere.
