The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and a full selection of appliances. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas provide flexibility for meals. Enjoy a private pool with a hot tub and BBQ grill, along with outdoor furniture and a balcony and patio. Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities including pools, spas, and fitness centers, accessible with an RFID card for a $15 fee per card, with each card valid for 3 days. Guests can arrange tee times at the golf courses at their convenience, with booking and fees being the guest's responsibility. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or wristbands. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass, alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, or commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind or firearms are allowed on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
