There is a Star Wars loft and Disney Princess-themed bedrooms. The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, and beach essentials are available. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. A free washer and dryer let you refresh clothing, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice requested. A pet is welcome with a pet fee and $150 security deposit required. Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you gain access to a clubhouse with a kids arcade, activity areas, a full gym, and resort-style amenities including a zero-entry pool, water playground, slides, lazy river, and sports courts. The villa sits a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the shopping and dining options along nearby roads. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 18 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation, and up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
