We do not allow guardian dog breeds/crossbreeds, such as Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Bullmastiffs, Mastiffs, Wolf Dogs or any dog that the landlord believes is a related breed. Restrictions are subject to change without notice. Restrictions do not apply to dogs that aid disabled individuals for equal access to housing.

However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. We also cannot accommodate exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous or otherwise poisonous animals. Please ask the leasing team for more details.
