No heat or hot water, broken garbage disposal, a fridge that leaks, porch screen falls off, stairway fan didn't work and most of our windows don't close fully. The office manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew was very responsive, and the apartment itself had a new coat of paint and new carpet. The only downside so far has been the appliances. I haven't lived in an apartment in a couple of decades, so perhaps I'm spoiled, but the dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator were on the dilapidated side.Property Manager Responded

If I have any issues like maintenance they are super quick to respond, super efficient. The location is perfect, with the lake and walking trails. Target and other shopping is a short walk away.
