A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property. A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or drug use is found. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized. A $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The maximum number of guests is 4. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave and incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $250 fee will apply for lost, damaged, or missing keys, key fobs, or access devices. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security cameras. If devices are found tampered with, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system. Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after check-out time unless prior permission is granted from the host.
