This unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a glass enclosed back porch. It is comfortable for one or two people. Tenant must be quiet and respectful. No smoking allowed anywhere on property. *Tenant will need to answer short pre-screening questions BEFORE a tour is scheduled, after that the tenant will provide proof of income and rental history which will be verified. Tenant must have a minimum credit score of 625. Credit check, criminal record check and eviction records will be checked for each adult in the home.
