This apartment has a great mix of old-school charm with hardwood floors, a red brick building, and broad windows, plus a modern style with a renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. Shared, coin laundry is in the basement. This apartment is dog-friendly with a pet rent of $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so the pet rent can be collected. Located one block from City Park and five blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, retail, and music on Restaurant Row (17th Ave) and Colfax.
