This home features a large screened-in front porch and new furnishings, decor, and stainless steel appliances. This home offers a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 6 guests. Enjoy a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 extra folding chairs. For entertainment, there are 3 TVs. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Complimentary beach gear and towels are provided. The fenced-in backyard is pet-friendly. Naples Park is a hidden gem, offering convenient access to world-class shopping and dining on 5th Avenue, as well as beautiful white sand beaches. The roads are well-signed and easy to navigate by car or bicycle, with access to UBER and RideShare. The pool heater is turned off between June 1st and September 30th to prevent algae growth. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please place recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup on Friday, and only the trash bin on Tuesday. Do not put trash in the recycling bin, as a fee will be charged if removal is required. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning them to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system. Keep all windows and sliders closed while the A/C is running. Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use. Load and run the dishwasher before checkout. Do not put anything that could cause clogs in the garbage disposal. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Do not touch pool equipment.
