October 18, 2024This complex is falling apart! We had water leak through our bedroom ceiling and onto our bed. We requested repairs several times and they just kept telling us that "they'll send the contractors to look at it." The ceiling leaked anytime it rained and we tried to cover it up ourselves. The paint eventually peeled away from the leak and there was mold growing! This place had roaches, overflowing dumpsters with horrible smells, parking was assigned but rarely enforced so you wouldn't have anywhere ...to park your car, and homeless people broke into cars daily. When we finally moved out, they had the audacity to ask me for money to repair the apartment we were in. Even with the dozens of maintenance requests we had put in for all of these damages that were out of our control! Management is a joke. They're rude, accusatory, disorganized, the office was closed on random parts of the day when they were supposed to be open. Reception made you feel like an inconvenience for walking into the leasing office for anything.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE; PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ OUR STORY
February 3, 2024We have been here for only 6 days, and it has been a complete nightmare. Please consider that we had to drive over 20 HOURS from Florida to get here. The first impression was ruined because even though we were told that moving in on a Sunday would not be problem, they were closed because they were “slow”, and the manager sent the one person in the office home. You would think they’d have a list of people that were moving in on that day so someone would be in the office. The assistant property ...manager Marisol came and opened the door. Starting at the door, it looked like it had been kicked in with multiple dirty footprints on the door and a broken lock and nearly broken doorknob, but we were told it was “secured”. There was a distinct smell as soon as we walked through the door that would later reveal a nasty roach infestation, and I’m talking HUNDREDS. They were coming out of every crack, crevice and drain. We had to spend money on a hotel for two nights waiting to be “approved” to be moved to a different unit. It just went from horrible to nightmare fuel. While in the new unit and cleaning the first night, we noticed banging coming from the wall and rightfully assumed it was just our next-door neighbor. We still saw a few roaches but not as bad as the first unit, the second night in the unit turned our stomach all the way over. As we’re relaxing, we hear more banging but this time it is coming directly from the kitchen. As I’m investigating, a rat runs through our kitchen and the soul left my body. RATS ARE IN THE WALL. Later the property manager also exposed that there could also be POSSUMS IN THE WALL. We have pictures and video evidence not only of the infestations, but also unprofessionalism like sending a “maintenance” man that does not work at the property to come into our apartment and “fix” things that are still not fully fixed, the assistant property manager stating VERBATIM that she only has urgency to fix our apartment because it is right next door to her daughters. So not caring about the other resident’s situation and safety, but also wanting to make us pay over $4000 to get out of a lease because our situation is unsafe and uninhabitable. This place is making me physically sick because the airways are disgusting and now, I have developed a very bad cough, and it could progress if I continue to stay here. This place has to be THE WORST PLACE in San Antonio, and they should not be receiving any more business or future residents.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Rent
May 7, 2022No repairs are made, charging water bills that were before you moved in, maintenance never fixes anything, office staff say one thing and do the opposite or nothing at all. Apartment was not cleaned upon move and live roaches everywhere. I was shown several different apartments that were the same way. Showed me one apartment because we couldn't get the right one opened. Had me sign lease anyway, gave me the keys the next day, and I gave them right back and had the employee visibly come look at ...how it was. I asked for my money back and they showed me a few other empty apartments just to tell me a week later that I was stuck with the apartment I signed for. So I had to clean the whole place myself, even though they had a week to make it right. I moved in January19th and its May now no repairs have been made after several work orders have been put in. The new management company doesn't answer phone calls or emails. The pool is a swamp the laundry room is disgusting. You are safer wearing your dirty clothes. There are random homeless or drug addicts around at night and you have to park on the street nowhere near your apartment. They send nasty letters about clean your area but the trash dumpsters have all kinds of trash around them and common areas aren't clean or usable.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Do not move in to these apartments
December 31, 2021I have been here 3 years in those 3 years my AC unit broke twice for weeks in 103 degrees temperatures. I have been without hot water for seven days the first time and as of now it's been another 7 days. It's been twice. There's roaches they charge you every month for pest control and in three years that I have been here I have yet to see pest control come. Parking is horrible you can never find parking and if you park in the wrong place they're fast to tow your car. They have changed management ...in the three years I've been here 4 times and they have raised my rent every time without notice. That should tell you a lot. I'm getting ready to move out I have had a very very bad experience and I'm trying to be very careful where I go next.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Terribly run
April 12, 2021we had concerns about the roof sagging in the living room because there was water in the ceiling and they promised it would not be an issue. Later on that same area in our roof started dripping in our living room, we had to call repeatedly for over a week before someone even came to look at it and all they did was take photos, leave and not come back for days. And when they did come back the cut a whole the size of a fist in our ceiling and left it open for days, looking at the sky through ...ceiling for days. They patched the whole but did nothing about the sagging, so it started dripping again and it took another week to get them out to the apartment, multiple people came in and took pictures sporadically. after two weeks they worked on the roof and told us it was fixed. not even a month later that spot started dripping AGAIN. so we called and called, they sent people to take pictures. One of the people they sent we asked if it was ever going to be fixed instead of people just taking photos he yelled at us and slammed our door walking out. And there is definitely a roach problem no matter how clean you keep your apartment, we had professionals come bomb our apartment through the managers but its useless because the people around us refuse to do anything about their roach problem because they are drug dealers and don't want people going into their apartment. and our air conditioner has went out 3 times now in only 6 months of living here and each time it takes maintenance a week to even come to the apartment let alone fix it. And the front office never answers their phone so they hired a phone service that gives out false information and doesn't help at all. And after you've called about an issue for a few days in a row that they haven't fixed they start denying your calls! The apartments look nothing like the photos, the people living here are noisy and rude and inconsiderate. Also come 9 o clock at night all the free parking spots are taken and the prices of the covered parking passes has gone from $20 when we moved in to $50 for ONE spot. so its pay $50 a month for a spot or drive in circles until someone leaves at night and take their parking spot. And the dumpsters in the center of the apartments are always overfilled to the point where there's just huge piles of trash around the dumpsters quite often. If you like roaches, leaking ceilings, terrible service and sitting in an 85 degree apartment then this place is perfect for you! :)Property Manager Responded

Just moved in !
November 5, 2020I have to admit I just moved in and the apartment wasn’t quiet what I expected from The model shown. However the staff has been extremely professional and courteous. The first couple of days I moved in , I had major issues with my apartment. I was screaming internally but the maintenance crew was extremely helpful and was able to resolve all and any issues with my apartment. Trust me, I put about 5 work orders in and I had all hands on deck to help. It’s my understanding the previous staff ...didn’t keep up with the work load but the new staff is great! New management
February 19, 2020The office staff and management is all new in the leasing office and I can’t tell you what a huge improvement it’s made! My experience with the previous staff and management in office was unpleasant and not welcoming at all! It’s been such a relief to know we are in good hands now and actually receive the customer service any and every resident should receive from the leasing and management team!
