Brix on Bellview
March 3, 2021We have called Brix on Bellview home since 2010, when it was called Carmel Park throughout this time, the property has gone through many changes and while not all the changes have been for the best. The current manager Danielle and the two maintenance men Todd and Jesus have really turned things around. We had begun to loose hope but they have genuinely put great effort into improving the living conditions of the residents and the property as a whole. We can count on reliable and timely response ...to any requests for work orders. To having hot water, to having well-lit surroundings. Established security. Terrible beware
November 30, 2019My review is so bad that it keeps getting rejected so I'll try again. I'll just say this....its dirty, the boilers dont work, maintenance requests are not handled, transients, poop all over the grounds, trash, no parking enforcement, broken exterior lighting, dumping ground for trash furniture, pics make it look pretty but its definitely not. I hated coming home everyday I lived here.
August 16, 2019The problems that I personally had. •Dryer vents were not functioning well. My apartment/ hallway was always covered in a layer of lint,I lived on the same floor as laundry. • Homeless people staying/ sleeping in laundry room smoking weed. •Neighbor smoked weed all day everyday. My apartment always smell like weed even though I don’t smoke it. •Moved out in June and still haven’t seen a security deposit refunded. I left the place cleaner than I got it. •The water pressure was so bad, the shower ...barely worked.I didn’t feel clean until I moved out •Neighbors always fighting, I had to call 911 on one occasion. •Another neighbors dog scratching the door all night for multiple nights •I cleaned the hallways myself because it hadn’t been done in so long and I was embarrassed to have people come over. •Office staff is rude, and not helpfulLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Very rude rental agent(s)
May 23, 2019I spoke with Nicole on the phone a few days ago and she was quite rude, short, and snippy with me. When I asked her questions she would reply in an irritated manner. Does not have the warmest phone etiquette you expect with a customer service/rental agent. I also had an appointment scheduled today at 1PM to view an apartment. When I arrived with my partner, the rental agent (not sure if it was Nicole) was nothing but rude and short with us as well. June 4, 2018Everything was roomy & perfect! Like the apartment very much! It was exactly as planned, Ms.Nicole & staff did our moving in smoothly! Have a nice view of the parking area, swimming area across the way, and the convenience of stores, and restaurants as well just a walk away from the apartment! Love ? it! Complete slum
October 31, 2017I was told my apartment was all brand new cabinets floors appliances ect. All lies been here 7 months and still have no heater. I have over 100 emails promising repairs ect. Until Shawn took over I didn't even have a fridge that worked. Maintainence does their best and Shawn is about the residence. They charge you an extra electric gas and billing fees they can not prove are legit. Pool was open a few days this year and the fancy barbeque is not accessible to residence at all at anytime. The fact ...is the buildings are just not worth the money and management and maintainence guys are some good people but they can't make diamonds out of poop. I'll be glad when it's over. Nice being on top
June 30, 2016Loved our third floor apartment, we did see a mouse twice but it was taken care of quickly when we notified wheelhouse, our downstairs neighbors were pretty terrible to say the least but we haven't heard them in a few months and you can't control that very well. pool was nice, staff were always helpful, and all in all a good experience. we rented a two bedroom and the bedrooms themselves weren't that big but it had a nice common area. Now Brix on Belleview
August 11, 2015Since Alliance Properties took over, the tenants were no longer a priority. We dealt with anything from bed bugs and roaches to non working appliances and air conditioner. Everything is outdated and the pool was not ready for the summer. The maintenance people were rude as well as the receptionist. In our year lease we had 13 work orders and only 3 of them were met and not until towards the end of our lease. The bug problem was never taken care of and the outside is just as bad.
