Since we moved it has been difficulty after difficulty the building is disgusting the damaged doors no one gives reasonable answers. Don't invest your time here.

We have called Brix on Bellview home since 2010, when it was called Carmel Park throughout this time, the property has gone through many changes and while not all the changes have been for the best. The current manager Danielle and the two maintenance men Todd and Jesus have really turned things around. We had begun to loose hope but they have genuinely put great effort into improving the living conditions of the residents and the property as a whole. My review is so bad that it keeps getting rejected so I'll try again. I'll just say this....its dirty, the boilers dont work, maintenance requests are not handled, transients, poop all over the grounds, trash, no parking enforcement, broken exterior lighting, dumping ground for trash furniture, pics make it look pretty but its definitely not. Come and look around, and take a whiff inside the "secure" bldgs. Beware.

I spoke with Nicole on the phone a few days ago and she was quite rude, short, and snippy with me. When I asked her questions she would reply in an irritated manner. Does not have the warmest phone etiquette you expect with a customer service/rental agent. I also had an appointment scheduled today at 1PM to view an apartment. I was told my apartment was all brand new cabinets floors appliances ect. All lies been here 7 months and still have no heater. I have over 100 emails promising repairs ect. Until Shawn took over I didn't even have a fridge that worked. Maintainence does their best and Shawn is about the residence. They charge you an extra electric gas and billing fees they can not prove are legit. Pool was open a few days this year and the fancy barbeque is not accessible to residence at all at anytime. The staff are very unresponsive to tenant requests. There are tons of street kids constantly hanging out in the parking lots. There is a massive bed bug problem that is not fully disclosed. Rent at your own risk.

Loved our third floor apartment, we did see a mouse twice but it was taken care of quickly when we notified wheelhouse, our downstairs neighbors were pretty terrible to say the least but we haven't heard them in a few months and you can't control that very well. pool was nice, staff were always helpful, and all in all a good experience. we rented a two bedroom and the bedrooms themselves weren't that big but it had a nice common area. Oh and plenty of storage space

Since Alliance Properties took over, the tenants were no longer a priority. We dealt with anything from bed bugs and roaches to non working appliances and air conditioner. Everything is outdated and the pool was not ready for the summer. The maintenance people were rude as well as the receptionist.
