Love it
October 22, 2025The playground, dog park and complexes are safe to live in and clean. I appreciate all the community events we get to have in our event room. Unlike other apartments this management with Ann and Dakota's help they help get the community involved! We all get together get together and have fun and learn about each other. That’s what I call good neighbors and a Good Management Team. I love it here definitely a good place to live and stay with your family!Property Manager Responded

Like visiting
July 30, 2025I have family that lives here and every time I go to visit it is a very positive experience. The pool is very nice, clean and even has a little basket ball hoop in it. Our dogs love hanging at the little dog park as well. We always have a good time visiting family at Heritage Manor.Property Manager Responded

Quick Maintenance
December 14, 2023Maintenance has always been helpful and quick! I moved in when the team was rebuilding so it took a couple days (as expected given the circumstances) before they got to my maintenance request but the day they started they finished everything. And just last month I put in a request, went out for some errands and when I got back it was done, within hours they filled my request! Also, sending in a request with the app simplifies the entire process and communication.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance needs constantly ignored
September 27, 2022If I could give this a zero I would. I have lived here too long and they have never completely fixed any of my maintenance requests. My stove has not worked properly since move in and they claim they fix it with each request, only to turn out that they didn’t even attempt to fix it. They will say maintenance requests are complete before even stepping foot in the apartment. When called, they are extremely lacking in the care department. They don’t care and they just give you the run of the mill ...excuses. This place is too expensive for the little you get. Laundry room is disgusting.Property Manager Responded

Spacious & Roomy; convenient location
April 14, 2022I lived here years ago and just recently moved back because the rooms are big and spacious. The area is perfect and right off of the highway. We have locked and secure entry. It peaceful and quiet. Management is friendly and fast at addressing your issues and concerns. And most important my kids are happy and feel safe at home. I couldn’t ask for more. I do not recommend.
February 2, 2017The size of the apartment is decent, although the kitchen lacks cupboard and counter space. The walls aren't very dense; we can always hear the neighbors talking. There is mold everywhere in the building, especially in the community laundry room. Very happy
October 29, 2014We briefly looked at a two bedroom apartment. IT was very nice with lots of shelving and fairly large bedrooms. The kitchen was a little small and the fact that there is only one bathroom in ALL two bedroom kind of is a turnoff for us.
