Vivir en estos apartamentos la peor pesadilla el personal de la oficina nunca te ayuda y son prepotentes estar detrás de un escritorio es más que solo sentarse deben resolver problemas y pedí ayuda y el señor Ricardo solo se reía y se burlaba pedí una reparación de mi baño y nunca la hicieron pasaron tres meses y no la hicieron a pesar que llame muchas veces solo espero irme tan pronto como me sea posible

This property sucks. They staff is very rude, the ones that sit in the front. Always on their personal phone during their working hours. Came in on a Saturday to get help with something and one of th staff was on face time with her family when she should’ve been helping tenants. This property is infested with roaches and the amenities are restricted and can only be used during their business hours. They continue to raise rents but are not fixing or upgrading any of the problems. They are not ...
concern with their tenants. They only care about coming in and getting paid without getting the job done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent here at all.

BUGS!!!!! Even after a bug man came into EVERY apartment and sprayed! Maintenance sucks! Barge in your house without calling to notify of coming to fix request. Managment is awful also! rude customer service. Plumbing issues, bad closet doors, smells sooooo bad in buildings!! Sketchy overall. Do not rent. I rented with them over a year and cant wait to leave!

When I got to visited this apartment last year and when we moved into one bedroom last fall. I thought it was everything prefect. A few couple weeks later , I noticed the rat came to our bedroom and hides I was totally freaked out also too many cockroaches. Ewww!! Even AC doesn’t work at all. It was always hot! Sometimes when I woke up and my thorat was too tight because no AC. This carpet in the hallway always stink and urine and those pet keep pooping on the front door. Also no elevator I need ...

This has to have been the worst property I have EVER lived in. The building itself is outdated and FILTHY! Locks on the windows are broken and the managers will not fix them. (I noted that they were broken on my check in form and asked that they be fixed, they never were) This also caused my apartment to be broke in to and trashed. A lot of my stuff was stolen and never recovered. According to the police this complex has a history of being broken in to. While I lived there, there was also a ...
garage that was broke in to and trashed. The overall cleanliness of this place is DISGUSTING. It smells so bad and they don't clean it near enough. I was promised a newly renovated apartment which did not happen. My unit was clearly worn and the carpet was extremely matted down from use. I also often had pest issues. I called the front desk and had them come spray my unit multiple times. Most of the time they didn't come right away as they only have the pest control guy there once a week, so if you have roaches show up the day after the pest control guy is there, you're out of luck until the next week when he comes again. I also tried spraying my unit on my own and it still did not help that much. This complex is old, out dated, UNSAFE, and extremely over priced. If you are thinking of renting here run the other way!

It sounds like you have since moved out, but we wanted to share one way that we’re providing better service to residents. We recently launched an online portal where residents can submit maintenance requests. We also have a tool called MyHome where residents can share feedback or concerns online, over the phone or by text in any language. Their feedback is reviewed by Aeon leadership and they receive a response within 2 working days in their preferred language. We have been working hard to fix issues at Seasons Park since taking ownership last fall, and we apologize again that the property was not up to your expectations.

Horrible appartments. Dirty, rundown, infested, awful staff. Don't be fooled by their smiles and the apartments they show you. Ask to see the apartments further away from the apartments. They don't. Care for the tenants and are very rude. I been here for almost two years and I am getting out. Wish I could afford to get out now. Don't give them your business. Don't live here, there are better and cheaper places to live. You are required to have insurance and soon you end up in a money pit. Treat ...
this place like it is the Plague. There are also roaches and move on the buildings and spiders and webs in every corner floor to ceiling. Half repairs throughout the building. Rundown and outdated and dirty.

Apartments don't look like the pictures

I toured this apartment complex with my mother, the leasing agent was friendly and he was trying to help me out giving the situation i was in. I was disappointed the apartments look nothing what is advertised in the pictures on apartment.com, the clubhouse is only open business hours. How to you expect anyone to use the clubhouse when its only open from 9-5?
Well i found an even better apartment at Hampshire hill apartments in west bloomington which are so much better and they do not have ...
slanted floors.
So in the end everything worked out, I wouldn't rent from this company because they are not honest. Take photos of what the apartments actually look like instead of your model apartment.

Our clubhouse hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, and while our gym does have these same hours, our pool is open from 10 AM to 8:30 PM. I went and toured this apartment complex, the leasing agent was very nice and so was the clubhouse. First thing i noticed is that the gym is only open from 9-6 so anyone who works during the day you can never use it.

The worst apartment!! They make u sign paper before they show you the appointment. It is so dirty inside!! Looking good from outside but worst from inside. They rush u to sign papers before u visit the apartment. Because they know u will change your mind. They took our $332!! They have hidden fees like utilities $42. I am glad we didn't sign one year lease!!!

Well I toured the place for a one bedroom apartment and I was excited about getting approved by them for a spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony. the tiny little one bedroom apartment it had no balcony and I felt clausterphobia kick in. I tried the air-conditioner and it did not work. However I loved the pool, I would love my apartment to face the other side of the building though so it is not loud when the pool is full of kids. I did not notice any cockroaches at all but I did not get a chance to see the bathroom. However I am going to possibly reapply for a big one bedroom apartment in the other building on the opposite side of the pool. I did not see or smell any urine stained carpet!
