June 3, 2024Car damaged by construction by parking spot, car towed to a place 1/2 hour away while parked in my PAID spot. DO NOT pay for parking or deal with these people. Also it's cash only with no refunds and no help for damage.Review from Apartments.com

November 6, 2023One of the worst places that you can decide to live in. Trash was “added” to my place after I moved out, there was a suspected break in and a squatter situation, missing packages and unresponsive staff! Property is Fair
October 5, 2020Have been living here for a couple months and am now having some regrets. Unfortunately one of our neighbors is a constant partier and are now being harassed and threatened by him and his friends. Management doesn't really take any of it seriously and we've had to call the Police on several occasions. The on site "security" is not effective at all and pretty much ineffective. Myself and my roommate are feeling a little unsafe in our own apartment.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here
August 13, 2019My experience with this apartment complex is terrible. Everything in the apartment always breaks and it takes forever for a maintenance person to come fix it. Then, when they do fix it, it will break again. The apartment is cheap and close to campus but that is the only thing good about this place. The staff are very nice but lazy. Good for the price
July 5, 2016This place is good for the price. It is really close to campus, which saves me money from buying a parking pass. The people in the front office is really nice, and maintenance crew comes and helps whenever asked, usually the same day or the next. The only complaint I really have is that the neighbors own dogs and cats (which they are not supposed to), and the apartment complex doesn't do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com
Everything you need
July 29, 2015As a college student, Villas is totally fine. It is larger than most apartment complexes, and they give you king beds if you choose a single room (as opposed to shared). If you are super high maintenance, this probably isn't the place for you because it is old. But, it is pretty clean (if it isn't, blame the former residents), and the maintenance crew is so helpful. If you need anything fixed, ask them, and they'll be there within the week. As a precaution, I would highly suggest requesting a ...second or third story apartment, because there was some flooding in Tempe last year with the monsoons. Really close to ASU, so that's great. Cheap rent in comparison to close by options, and I haven't had really any issues. If I do, I just tell maintenance and they come fix it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
