Poor management and Misleading listing
July 10, 2024The first red flag was that signing the lease was so unnecessarily difficult and clearly the employees kept getting our information mixed up. The second issue is how the listing lies about wifi and high speed internet access, wifi isn’t included at all and any available provider to the area has very weak, low speed wifi that you can’t properly use to work from home. The listing is also misleading about new floors, counters, etc, these are NOT new. The carpet is so extremely worn ...down. Cleaning done before move-in was also poor, including hair plugging all the drains. There’s a multitude of other issues too but for the low price point they are to be expected.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
