Montview is very close to Anschutz Medical Campus as well as several other smaller facilities. Our newly renovated apartments are roomy and stylish and all yours - we do not offer shared spaces! All of these units feature full size appliances, are fully furnished, and include utilities. Each unit comes with a smart TV so you can login to your streaming subscriptions. Please note that all floors require use of stairs- even the first floor. The brand new washer and dryers are on the first floor and take credit card or online payments. Each unit is allowed one of our free off street parking spots. Additional free parking is available on the street. We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit. * Cats & Dogs Accepted With Applicable Fee & Monthly Pet Rent. * $200.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee Required For All Leases. * Minimum of 31 Day Stay Required
