Roaches, Flooding, Mushrooms in ceiling

Ongoing roach infestation for almost a year now and the landlords won't accept calls from tenants. Only lived here for a year and my place has flooded twice from broken pipes and there were mushrooms growing from my ceiling due to bad repairs (other tenants had the same problem). Management company is unhelpful, hangs up on you, doesn't respond to maintenence requests, and building manager is never on site. Laundry room is shared w other buildings and has roaches living in the machines. This ...
