August 31, 2018Awful place to live due to the following reasons: 1-Unfair, arrogant and rude management. 2- No management office onsite. Tenants have to call or email manager who rarely answers the phone or reply to emails. 3- Parking lot is a mess. Only one parking spot per a tenant and some tenants have privilege over the others which entitles them to have two or even four parking spots and they also can occupy the visitors' parking. 4- There were only one washing machine and a dryer machine which are ...broken most of the time. The laundry room is always locked with a digital key controlled by a pass-code. This pass-code is only given out to some tenants who are friends of or associated with the manager. The manager considers them as a "staff". 5- Sometimes it gets very noisy especially when the manager's associates have a party, or when tenants have their kids playing around at the courtyard or the parking lot. They're allowed to be loud even though it's against the rules. In fact, they're allowed to break the rules because they're "special". 6- Homeless persons always hang around there to collect recycles from the trash bins. Also, a homeless man was seen sleeping behind the trash bin at night. 7- The building structure needs maintenance, such as plumbing pipes, lights, landscaping and apartments' windows. 8- Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot on the street especially at night.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
FAMA Apts - 1075/1085 Del Mar
June 25, 2016There are only 4 two bedrooms and the other 12 are 1 bedrooms. This is not a smoke-free environment. Neighbors will smoke outside of their units. The internet service is provided by each tenant for their personal use, if they chose to have services. Kitchen does not contain a range. They are regular stoves. Laundry costs $2.75 to wash each load and $1.00 to dry. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Newly painted with yellow as the main color and red trim on railings and doors.
