Pretty excellent so far!

I've been living here for 3 years and all the neighbors are friends with each other. They've lived here in these apartments for much longer some even 5-10 years, so it's is rare that there is openings. The parking situation in the neighborhood is difficult, but the owners and managers are very hands-on and personable, any maintenance issue gets addressed right away, the laundry room is always open, and my own apartment has windows, new flooring, touch stovetops. No complaints so far.

Not Good For The Money

First of all, most of the units don't have balconies and the only high-speed internet is service that you purchase yourself. The schools are sub-par and the neighborhood is filthy, trash everywhere. The street is crowded with cars and debris. Oh, and the area as whole (especially the back alleyway) faces some very noisy neighbors.

Finding a two bedroom apartment for under $2000 around here is quite hard, but in this place we managed to do so (August 2015). I have not had any problems with the landlord, and he has attended to every issue that I have brought up. There is an elementary school very close by, and I haven't personally had any problems with vandalism, but I have seen a busted window. Covered parking is nice and there are lots of ice cream vendors!
