Terrible management!
July 23, 2020I have lost count of the number of cars that have been broken into during my time renting from GPG. I wonder every time I walk into the garage if my car windows will be smashed. More often there are homeless setting up shop or smoking crack, which is still not ideal in my humble opinion. One time, someone stole a garage remote out of one the vehicles. Call me crazy, but I don't love the idea of strangers being able to easily access private property (especially when they refuse to change the ...garage code). Gates to access the property are often broken, and even if they are in working order I've seen individuals hop the fences landlord claims are "built to code." If you're looking for responsive, caring, and empathetic landlords, as well as a safe and secure living space, I'd steer very clear of these guys.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Upset with management
April 27, 2020The Goldman Property group do not seem to care about the safety of their buildings. My building has garage doors, and a locking gate. They are often broken, and in one years' time, about 8 cars have been burglarized and damaged. No cameras! Very easy to break in! When residents plead with management to install security cameras or fix the faulty gates, GPG responds with nonchalance, and utterly neglects the situation. I could go on and on.... do yourself a huge favor, and don't live here.Review from Apartments.com
