The building is quiet and extremely clean and well-kept at all times. Staff is very responsive to our inquiries, and maintenance is friendly, efficient, and reliable. Great to have a nice, clean gym onsite. Just wish the machines were a bit more modern.

Front office is really nice and responsive and maintenance is wonderful. Just wish the rent increases weren't so unaffordable and forcing residents to move. $700 a month increase!

The apartments are nice and staff is friendly. However, the rate increases were absolutely insane. They wanted almost $4,000 MORE a month in some instances.
