Dog-friendliest complex in the LBC!

Great building for people with pets! We have 2 dogs and 1 cat so we were very nervous about owners being accepting our big family every where else we applied to, but the manager here herself owns a dog and made the whole process really easy. No pet meeting, no weight limit. Just a deposit and a form!
There's a nice enclosed grassy courtyard that you can usually find filled with dogs from different apartments playing together.

compliments than complaints. Beautiful hardwood floors, original moulding and tile, built-in shelves in the kitchen. Came with a refrigerator, range and heater. $1395 for a 700 sqft 2 bedroom apartment 5-blocks from the ocean! The only things I can complain about are a few cockroaches every once in a while (which seem to be a problem in every single apartment across America) and that the parking after work hours is teeerrrrrrriiibbbllleee. You can pay $30/month to park at certain city-sponsored lots, but otherwise the later it gets, the more difficult it gets to find a spot.
5-blocks North of the ocean, 3 blocks from 7th street, 1-2 blocks from at least 2 neighborhood markets and a 7-11, Vons just down the road, 2nd-street shops 5-10 minute drive away, 10 minute drive to the best dog beach I've ever been to (Rosie's dog beach), 3 minute drive to downtown. Great area.
