Extra-large closets in bedrooms, large linen closet outside bathroom and separate coat closet in the hallway. New windows throughout make it very energy-efficient, tons of natural light with windows facing east, south and west, central air is wonderful in the summer too! Walk to light rail W line, coffee shops and parks. Convenient access to 6th Ave. or Colfax, great location between the city and the mountains. We do allow up to two, well-behaved, dogs and do not charge extra monthly pet rent. ************************************************************************************ Included in rent is trash and recycling pickup, water and sewer.
