Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed the location (despite the loud street noise on 13th) however the family that owns this company does ZERO upkeep to the building. There are homeless who sleep in the bushes outside *and* inside the foyer. Landlords refuse to get keyless entry. Carpeting in the hallways is beyond disgusting. Parking takes about 30 minutes to find during peak hours, around 5 to 15 minutes otherwise. Kathy, the woman who manages their family business LIED about storage, parking ...
(they told me they would have a space to rent, and also lied telling me "it's never a problem for me to park when I come here for showings"), and never did a walk-through. I paid a cleaning co. over $200 upon move out, they kept over half of my deposit with no explanation as to why. After consulting w/an attorney I realized how I should've pursued legal action. Don't rent from this mediocre realty co., plenty of places w/in the same price bracket in the same neighborhood for a brighter, cleaner environment. I also reviewed their realty company on BBB. If I'm not taking them to court, I believe any prospective tenants should know what they're getting themselves into.
