Unit interior, appliances and fixtures must be maintained to preserve life expectancy. Any damage, that is not regular wear and tear will be charged to renter. All walkways and paths must be accessible at all times for safety and security. All storage must be within the unit. No outdoor storage allowed. Owner will not be liable for any theft or damage to renter's property. A one year lease term is required. Renter will pay First full month's rent, Last full month's rent and Security Deposit ($2000) prior to move in. All prospective tenants 18 years of age and older must submit an application and provide all relevant documentation to the agent of the owner. Application fee is $35 per applicant. Screening will include but is not limited to valid identification, credit check, proof of income, verification of income and employment and past rental history. Only residents specifically names on the lease agreement will be allowed to occupy the unit. Any additional occupants, changes of occupancy must be approved by owner in writing in advance.
