A lot of Noise and Exhaust on Weekends early morning.

Noisy leaves and dirt blowing, palm trimming at 7am and 8 am on Weekends (on week days too). You get to hear workers screaming at each other and inhale the exhaust from their powered with a gasoline equipment. There is no respect for tenants, neither for their neighbors in the other buildings.

Thank you for the review, thankfully this was before I bought the property and we have very high quality tenants living at the property and have changed out all the windows so the noise remains very low inside the units. We really have not had any complaints since I purchased it in 2021.
