BEWARE
May 25, 2023This building is very old and outdated. The management company, Invictus Management, does not respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner. The subflooring between units is laughable. You will be able to hear every footstep, conversation, phone alert, and cough that your upstairs neighbor has. It has been true hell living here and I cannot wait until our lease ends.Review from Apartments.com
