August 8, 2017Moving into my unit the building had just got new landlords. The place has a strange grotesque smell. The landlords do not care about you and will not communicate anything to you. The building is infested with Denver's cockroaches and come to find out, my unit had bed bugs at one point. I think I got bit by one in my sleep. The landlords had a week from the time we met to the time I moved in to clean my unit. They failed to do so. They allowed me to move into the unit and the unit was absolutely ...filthy. There was a thick layer of dirty filth covering the entire studio apartment (unit 5) from ceiling to floor. That layer of dirt had been there for YEARS, you could tell. The kitchen near the stove not only had a thick rancid smell but the walls near the stove were covered in years of old grease among other food liquids. They told me they would replace the kitchen cabinet and sink when I moved in. It has been two months and still no replacement. Now they claim that they need "approval" to get it done when they promised me it would happen.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
