The rules also known as bylaws are very strict due to homeowners wanting to keep the building and common areas clean and tidy. They have cameras everywhere which makes it very secure but if you spill on the carpet they will know who did it. Fines will be assessed to anyone who does not follow the long lists of rules and regulations so beware.
