Almost Amazing

/- The recently remodeled units are nice but done in a very cheap and sloppy way. Nice appliances and floors (mock wood)but very shoddy cabinets, tile work etc. All the door ways are crooked, the inside of all the cabinets are unfinished. On the surface it looks nice but its a B- remodel job. Units are spacious for the price, decent value / sq ft. - Building has terrible ventilation and the units are HOT, on a warm day they can be unbearable. Its directly south facing so the south facing ...
units may be 10-20 degrees hotter than the actual air temperature. - There is a lot of street noise on all sides. Tons of street traffic noise on the Bush side and homeless drug wars / UFC fights on the Austin side. The Austin side is full of feces and used needles too. Great location for the sub 30 crowd, close to bars and restaurants on Polk and Whole Foods and trader joes
