Decent, No Frills Building

Nothing special about this building, but it's pretty solid. PROS: Newer windows by SF standards, relatively little noise from immediate neighbors, two coin-op washers and dryers in basement, mailboxes are secure and inside the lobby rather than outside, good water pressure, common areas are cleaned every week, responsive landlord. CONS: The stairs are loud and creaky, tenants upstairs are loud, the hallway/stairwell smells stale and sour, no sink disposal, no extra storage available, only one ...
medium closet per unit, outside windows are not cleaned and quite filthy, there is no parking available despite what the info above says, the garbage man leaves trash all over the sidewalk, the intercom system is outdated and you must be home to receive packages since you can't buzz anyone in unless you're home.
