I deeply regret moving here. In the last year: I have had to exterminate for bees three times. There is a bad cockroach problem. Currently, only one of the three washing machines works. The garage door has broken three times making me late for work. While leaving my apartment, the entire door knob fell off in my hand! My roommates bathroom flooded twice and it took them DAYS to repair each time. When we moved in, the fire place didn't work, they said they'd fix it. Never did. If you have a ...

maintenance problem, good luck getting it fixed! And despite all this, they had the nerve to raise the rent last month. Do NOT move here.
